A home warranty is one of the most important reasons why Buyer’s prefer a new home instead of a yucky falling apart money pit used home.  We believe our Homeowners deserve first-class service as much after the closing than at any other time throughout the build process.

Our philosophy is simple – we start with a great design, add experienced trades working with excellent products and follow it up with over 3,000 quality control check points throughout construction.  With each home we build we include a 1-year Workmanship warranty, a 2-year Mechanical warranty and a 10-year Structural warranty.

Our Service & Warranty portal provides all that warranty information you need as well as a helpful homecare guide and seasonal maintenance tips as well.  Also, in this section we’ve created a simple Service & Warranty Request Form for anything that might need a little extra attention along the way.
